Exclusive In-House Party Planning (Phrase II)

Hey hey hey! Looks like we've got ourselves a mad party coming up! We've manage to get some of the details firmed and now I'll like to share the ideas with all of you.

Basically... YC's PLACE IS CONFIRMED TO BE OUR CRASHING VENUE !!! Details on how to get there will be sent to those who are unsure via our email invitation card. But that will be ready maybe sometime next week I guess.

The next important detail is that it gonna be a Christmasy Theme. So any form of Xmas costume/outfit/saintarina sexy dress are welcomed. And since we are celebrating Xmas early, we might as well have some gift exchange! I know most of us are on tight budgets because of school, NS and suffering from the Pok Kai syndrome, we'll have a small gift exchange of around $4-$5 per gift. Anything goes! Just remember to wrap it okay? Don't be so cheap..

The date is also fixed on the 16th of December and so far we are planning for a rough number of 20-25 peeps. Here is the latest guest list;

Basically how this party is going to run is very simple. For the food and drinks, I'm going to list out a whole chunk of stuff that we will need to get and everyone just contribute by getting the items listed. To prevent any money disputes, each person will just have to bring the food of an equal value. So there is no party fees needed. I'll calculate the amount of all the items again and assign you people to get it one we are sure on the list. Suggestions to add on the food list are welcomed as long as they are not too far-fetched. Here we go!
