noun, plural -ties
An institution similar in structex (context and structure) to a university (see University), but sets itself apart in terms of uniqueness in design (both tangible and intangible) and substance; the latter being the basis for the institution's grading. i.e. the Unikversity which maintains a premium level of substance will be regarded as a Grade 5 Unikversity; the lowest being Grade 1.
That being said, a Unikveristy which is not able to maintain a basal level of substance will be mercilessly nuked with furry TY Beanie Babies until it is overwhelmed or all the executive members of the Board of Direktors of that particular Unikversity unanimously proclaim 'All hail Max the Indomitable most-Handsome King!'. Whichever comes first.
A member registered to, of, directly under, or affiliated to a Unkiversity is known as a Weebie (plural: Weebies) - see Weebie.

weebies are just sea monkeys look-alikes. noone can tell the difference anyway. =p

no WAY! weebies are cute little green critters that live in Unikversities and destroy buildings in their free time...which is all the time, whereas seamonkeys can only wiggle around in fishtanks and get bullied my u.
it is settled, they are going to be called weebies. W-E-E-B-I-E-S.
